#wbbride of the Month
Mrs. February
Happy Valentine’s Day Babes! Since it is the international day of love, we decided it was the perfect day to debut our VERY FIRST #wbbride of the Month! Allow me to introduce our Mrs. February: Margaret ‘Wolcott’ Reinbold and her handsome hubby, Mike Reinbold!
I mean!! Could they be any more perfect for each other?!? Margaret got married last February and we recently caught up with her a year later to discuss her favorite parts of the wedding planning process and obviously, her gorgeous gown from Warren Barrón!
Warren Barrón Bridal: Let’s start at the beginning! How did Mike propose?
Margaret: Mike proposed in front of the home we met at! We were set up by mutual friends and the first time we met was a group dinner at this home. He had told me we were meeting friends for a nice dinner and that I needed to meet him there because he had to take care of some work before. I pulled up to the house and there was Mike standing under a big heart shaped ballon. He had a collection of photos of us and said the sweetest things (thankfully he wrote them down so I could remember) and he got down on one knee! He had hired John Cain to be there to capture the moment and I was so thrilled. Then inside the home we had our family and friends gathered and we celebrated all night long. Mike thought through every single detail, I couldn’t have planned it better myself. It was the happiest night!!
Warren Barrón Bridal: What was the inspiration behind your beautiful “RED WEDDING”?
Margaret: We knew we wanted a winter wedding! We both love the color red, so I wanted to design a theme around this color and the season.
….and she TOTALLY nailed it! The entire aesthetic of the event could not have been more perfect for a February winter wedding!
Warren Barrón Bridal: What was your favorite part about the wedding planning process? (Besides finding the gown, of course!)
Margaret: I used to work in the wedding planning world so I knew what was most important to me was the people I worked with! John Sargent was one of my first calls. Then I was able to hire Rachel Moore for planning, she did my sister’s wedding and is a dream to work with. The sisters from Three Branches Floral, Rachel and Anna, I immediately connected with and loved that they weren’t afraid of color!! We knew we wanted to host the reception at Brook Hollow, and Charles Redin is the most professional, calm and resourceful man in the business. There were many more! We designed a team of individuals we wanted to work with so it made the planning process fun and I knew I could rely on them!
Warren Barrón Bridal: And now, the most important question! Why did you chose your gown and what was your favorite part about it?
Margaret: It was the first gown I put on that I felt amazing in!! Warren Barrón was a huge part of this! I had always envisioned myself wearing all lace. I loved a Vera dress I had seen that was all lace, yet when I tried it on it did not flatter my figure. When I was at WB, Colony then pulled out this Viktor & Rolf gown. I didn’t envision myself in a big ball gown but, when other than your wedding day can you do that?! The dress fit so well, flattered my figure and I felt like the bride. I knew it was the one! My mom said the smile on my face said it all. The full skirt and the bow in the back! I love feminine details and the dramatic big bow I knew would make a statement when I would be standing up on the altar at Park Cities Baptist Church. The skirt was so fun to dance in! Mike and I love to dance, we didn’t leave the dance floor all night!
All we have to say is YAASS GIRL! Working with Margaret was a complete joy from start to finish! She is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside and we can not think of a better bride for our inaugural “#wbbride of the Month” blogpost! Enjoy your anniversary trip and we will see you soon!
