DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes we do require an appointment to ensure that you get the best customer service possible. Our weekends do book up rather quickly so we suggest booking 4 week to 6 weeks in advance.
WHAT IS A TRUNK SHOW?
A trunk show is a chance for our designers to showcase their newest collections that are not available in stores yet. They are only in store for a limited time and would be a great chance to see gowns that are not readily available.
WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF THE GOWNS IN YOUR COLLECTION?
Our gowns range from $8,000 to $25,000, with the majority of the gowns falling between $9,000 to $12,000.
WHAT IS THE SIZE RANGE OF THE GOWNS IN YOUR COLLECTION?
Most of our gowns are bridal sample sizes 8/10, which fit like a street size 6/8.
DO YOU SELL YOUR SAMPLES OUT OF STOCK?
All of our dresses are special order but depending on the season and condition of the gown, we may be able to sell one of our samples off the floor.
ARE YOUR GOWNS AVAILABLE TO RENT?
We do not rent out our samples.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR APPOINTMENTS?
No payment is required to make an appointment.
PARKING?
Parking is available right outside the salon with peak hours being between 11:30am-1:30pm.
HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT TAKE?
We block out an hour and a half for appointments.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT
Come in with an open mind and your wedding gown inspirations! We do have heels the brides can borrow during their visit with us.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes! However, remember to use the pictures as a reference tool to remember your favorite gowns and base your decision on how you feel!
ARE MEN ALLOWED?
Of course! We love it when, dads, brothers, bffs etc… join in helping the bride with this special time in her life!
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALON?
Of course! We love to see the little ones getting to be part of this big day! We just ask that they are respectful of the gowns and store.
